Reaching out to a therapist for the first time can feel vulnerable. You don’t need to have everything figured out — a brief message about what’s bringing you in is enough to get started.

I work with adult clients located in Manhattan and Brooklyn through private-pay, out-of-network psychotherapy.

How to Get Started

Use the form below to reach out. You can share:

  • A few sentences about what you’d like help with

  • Whether you’re interested in a consultation call or scheduling a first session

  • Your general availability

I typically respond within 1–2 business days.

Consultation Option

I offer a complimentary 20-minute video consultation if you’d like to speak briefly before scheduling a full session. This is a chance to ask questions and get a sense of how I work. There’s no obligation to continue after the call.

If you prefer, you’re also welcome to schedule a full session directly.

Fees & Insurance

I am a private-pay therapist and do not accept insurance directly. I provide monthly superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. If cost is a concern, you’re welcome to mention that in your message. I have a limited number of sliding-scale spots.

Location & Session Format

I offer in-person therapy for clients in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Virtual sessions are available when appropriate. EMDR sessions are offered in person only.

If I’m Not the Right Fit

If it sounds like your needs may be better served by another type of specialist or level of care, I’m happy to offer referrals. My goal is that you connect with the support that’s right for you, even if that isn’t with me.
